My son's '99 Neon (purely stock), makes a squealing noise when you turn the wheel all the way left or right.

Fluid levels are fine, and steering feels normal under all circumstances, and the noise only happens when turning the wheel to the max.

Any ideas??? Major issue or should we just keep a watch on it???

power steering belt/air conditioner belt needs to be tightened or changed.
