I'm in the pre-build process with my 00 tibb. I'm going to build a turbo kit to go into it. and i have a couple questions about it. I need to finish up with my integra before this starts so i'll probably start this up in a month or so, so i do have time to make changes..

My setup...
T3/t4 turbo out of a crashed volvo
Intercooler
BOV
Obviously piping

Now for the questions.
What kind of psi can i push on the stock 2.0 beta block before i have problems?
What do you guys suggest for a piggy back unit?
I'm also going to be making a custom exhaust with this. Would 3.5 be too big for a turbo exhaust? I know with turbo you can have a larger exhaust for more power...just trying to find out what size i should go?
What size injectors should i use?

I'm sure there's more that i'm forgetting, if there's anything you guys see would you help me out? Thanks much!

3" is optimum

i'd say 7.5psi on the stock internals
