94 civic dx (hatch)

Cant get the stupid Driverside rotor off. Ive tried everything from prying, to super heating, to shocking it (super hot, then a 5 gallon pail of ice cold water),
Setting penetrant on it, hammered...... the list goes on and on...
The push out screw holes (if you will) refused to cooperate with me, every last thread on it stripped (all 4, lol)
I did all 3 other brake (rear drums/shoes/driverside rotor and pads) in under a 1/4 of the tiem its taken me to ge the rotor off.
I soaked every last inch of it with penetrant before i went to bed last night, to give myself a little less of a head-ache, and it almost worked.
Any Ideas on how to rip this sob off?
Thanks,
Bill

(sidenote: the panhead screw that holds the rotor in, does anyone know the dimensions of it? or part number from autzone or advanced auto or something. Thanks!!)

?

Did you take the screws that holds the rotor in place?

make sure you are sliding the rotor off straight not wiggling it off.

Those screws are there just to hold the rotor in striaght when you are putting
the caliper back on, it's not really important to have them.

Super heating it and smacking the hell out of it with a mini sledge hammer is the only way to really get it off if it's stuck that bad. Just keep heating, hitting, heating, hitting, over and over again until it finally gives. Once took a friend and I about 3 hours to get one off, but it finally came off.

Yes... the rotors were stuck to say the least. I've never had that issue in any other vehicle, but oh well.

i just wound up soaking them in PB blaster over night, and then heating the sh*t out of them untill theywere damn near cherry hot and smacked it so hard i cracekd the rotor all the way down, and then it gave.
That sucked.
But yeah, i had the screws out.
Thanks,
Bill
