me in a prelude?hondacivic99sivtec 10-03-2006, 09:55 PM well time time has come. the wife wants her own car. and i have to suffer for it. a guy i work with is selling his 94 lude for $4k. it's a great car, but an auto. the wife can't and refuses to drive a manual. ridiculous. but it gives me a car to use as a dd and to put a stereo in and shit like that. what do ya'll think am i gonna survive a slow ass prelude for a while? ah women can't live with 'em and can't live without 'em turtlecrxsi 10-04-2006, 08:33 AM All I know is that those year preludes have backseats for midgets (ie. 2+2) and you have to have the seat all the way back and have legs like stretch armstrong to even use the center console. I've always thought they looked nice though. I like the electronic gauges that are black when the car is off. TheSilentChamber 10-04-2006, 06:55 PM Most preludes arnt that slow. hondacivic99sivtec 10-04-2006, 10:11 PM it's quick. i think i'll end up doing the usual. I/E/H and a good stereo. the wife says she won't let me touch "her" car. lol FrodoGT 10-14-2006, 01:50 AM I would take a nice Vtec prelude, hands down, they are nice inside.. some torque would be cool too, even if its not faster. hondacivic99sivtec 10-14-2006, 08:34 PM it's got more torque than the rex, but definitly not faster. really good dd for me and the wife. jusg19 10-16-2006, 12:14 PM I had the 94 h23 prelude. It was my favorite, even though it didn't have the vtec. The torque is amazing. BLU CIVIC 10-16-2006, 01:02 PM friend has a 92 Si...fun ride...and preludes aren't that slow hondacivic99sivtec 10-16-2006, 04:36 PM this is the slowest honda i have ever owned. my 88 accord could beat this car. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
