i gat a 96 contour se and it ticks while running, anyone got any idea what it could be?

Try searching the Ford Contour Forum before posting there. Could be lifters. Add more info about where the noise seems to be comming from and when.

Yeah Nissan doesn't make a Contour , A Ticking noise could be a injector , you might want to do what JustSayGo Said.. Check the Ford Forum

i really dont understand why people do this. is it that hard to guess what forum to post in? its kind of hard to stumble in here...after all he would have to click on nissan AND altima...
