My BOV thread is strip

I have bad idle now, so tonight I try to ajust the TB cable and take it for a ride, boost around 14psi, and let it go, I heard the flutter sound, so when I get home, I try to turn to solf hafl turn, then I heard a pop, my bov thread is strip ( I guess I add to much tupon tape ), you guy think that greddy can get me another replacement ?. I need suggestion please, I already gave away my factory BOV.

its not screw thread strip, but the hole on the bov, that you screw the screw in, that thread is strip.

Im cant spend money for new bov, but Im thinking get 1g bov ( any one know where I can buy adapter, to hook it up to my 2g plastic UICP ? ), any one here running on 1g bov, how it sound like ? thanks

you can get a heli coil set(spelling dont know) make sure to get the right size. It should work on the bov. Then u have to tap the tread out with a die then insert the stainless steel insert and then u can use the original bolt. think the set is expensive though.
