:banghead: alright if you read the other entry this is a continuance i figured what the hell and put 2 quarts more fluid in the trans it read 2 quarts over and ran great with no slips about 30 min's later i checked it again and now it is reading low again but there is no visible leak that i can find and no fluid on the ground so wtf anybody got any idea's what's going on or were the hell the fluid keeps going if it ain't leaking :confused: :screwy:

check the vaccum module on the side of tranny. should be on the passenger side. has a rubber hose hooked to it. if they go bad tranny fluid goes through and disappers without much of a trace.

are you checking it with the engine running and warm?

vaccum module our aerostar did the same thing we just didn't get it in time

That module is a defect on all Aerostarts....any aerostar over 100 thousand miles will have this problem.
