01 Keyless Entry problem

i have got 2 keyless remotes for 2001 nissan altima. both are creating problems...without clicking any button, one of them automatically opens the trunck and it behaves like it is pressed only...second one keeps close-open the power door locks...

does anyone know what is wrong with them???
