A/C blowing hot air.

I recently joined the AF and have gotten alot of great info. My problem is my 2002 GMC Savana conversion van, is blowing hot air thru all vents, except the far passenger side, it blows cold. I've replaced the controller assembly, and found one loose electrical connection behind dash, but problem still exists. Any help is greatly apreciated. Thanks.

It's been two years since your question was posted! Did you get it figured out?

My 03 Savana van had same problem. It's the AC lines that run to the back for rear air. They have been known to go bad. I've replaced all the sections; front, middle, and rear. Now the problem has been resolved.
