se-r spec-v beats integra gsrintergrafics 08-30-2002, 10:51 PM The new sentra se-r spec-v can beat a ls integra and a gsr.I have beaten a gsr with headers, intake, catback exhuast and i beat it by a car length.Remember this is a se-r stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And a ls beat a se-r that's a joke.Because i also have a ls vtec and i smoke it all the time pinyoot4you 09-01-2002, 06:44 PM dope sh!t!!! :sun: the gs-r is a dope car tho, it has plenty of potential and there's many parts for the car as for the spec v, there's plenty of potential too but there ain't nothin out in the market cuz it's new, but look at the rsx-s, they got parts up the ass for that car, aftermarket manufacturers are discriminating, haha j/p there's just more market out there with honda/acura i haven't raced a gsr with the i/h/e combo yet kidrocket 09-01-2002, 08:38 PM so why have i beaten my friend's Spec V 3 of 4 times in my basically stock civic Si? Maybe you're a good driver. If so, mad props. The spec V puts out hp numbers to the ground that are comparable to a motor rated a 150-160 hp. But it IS however, an astounding track car. Ive heard it will give a Type R a run for its money on a road course. pinyoot4you 09-02-2002, 01:18 PM u must be a really good driver and ur friend must suck really bad cuz stock vs. stock it doesn't compare, i give u props in ur driving skills man :) kidrocket 09-02-2002, 02:03 PM lol i dont know about all that, but i have heard good things about the spec v. i dont really like the styling, but at least it doesnt look like the new SI. thats car looks like ass intergrafics 09-03-2002, 12:56 AM the se-r spec-v are fast i know for sure that the ser could beat a slow ass civic si kidrocket 09-03-2002, 02:09 AM but wheres the aftermarket support? has there been a response for this car? kidrocket 09-03-2002, 12:30 PM hahaha. that was great. you drive a sentra and youre calling a civic Si slow ass. your car runs like 16.2 or 16.3. even a new Si has been tested at like 16 flat to 16.1. Before my clutch went out, i beat a new lude that said he ran 15.4 so if my car is slowass, what is yours? pinyoot4you 09-03-2002, 01:09 PM kidrocket your misinformed with the 1/4 times for the spec v, the spec v runs about 15.3-15.5 STOCK, people with specs run 15.0-15.2 STOCK, i only run 15.2 i don't know where you are getting those 1/4 times from, your probably looking at a 2.0 SE kidrocket 09-03-2002, 03:04 PM its still a sentra even if it is a 15 second sentra. you know what though? a trailblazer runs 15s its still slower than shit. at least i know where my car stands kidrocket 09-03-2002, 03:07 PM It seems like you all are trying to prove something. Why else would you come into the integra forum spouting off about a sentra? SwiftyR 09-03-2002, 08:35 PM Just so every one knows my grandmom drives a sentra.....thats all i wanted to say TatII 09-03-2002, 09:13 PM i'm checkin out the honda forums and i see nissan people in here talkin trash. well its not nice to do that cause we woudnl't like it if they did that to us either. but for the whole a sentra is a sentra thing. well guess what? a civic will always be a civic and a integra will always be a integra. whats your point? non of our cars are really designed for real speed. all they really are, are just economy cars with some juice. even though my car is slow as hell. lolz but atleast i know my car has alot of potential. heh pinyoot4you 09-04-2002, 12:49 AM taftII i wanna clear this up before this thread get's out of hand, i wasn't talking trash, i am merely just correcting they're misinformation, no trash talking here, kidrocket thought i said his car was slow ass, which i didn't say at all, i was giving him props with his driving skills and he turned this whole thing around, i'm not saying the SI or GSR are slow, i just told them i beat that type of cars that's all, and i just happened to beat SI's all the time, there's no trash talking here, just the truth SwiftyR that's cool your grandma drive's a sentra, my great aunt drives the blue SI and my friend's 80 year old grandpa drives an integra if this seems like flaming, i'm sorry, but i'm not flaming, i'm also telling you old people drive different types of cars too TatII 09-04-2002, 03:38 AM well i understand what yoru saying. but since me and your are from different camps then these guys. i really dont' see the point of pointing anything out. you cna't convert everyone you know? some people will believe you. i personally believe you. but some of these guys here will look down on our cars like how we look down on some of their cars. same deal. but its good to show alittle nissan pride here and there. just not in a honda forum. heh pinyoot4you 09-04-2002, 12:14 PM yea, true that... just clearing up their misinformation, i'm also giving props to honda also, me n the homies have a project car and it's a honda HB, just gettin some info for our car, i just give some of my opinions about the situation, that's all kidrocket 09-04-2002, 04:16 PM pinyoot i know you didnt call my car slow ass it was intergrafics that used the term slow ass civic Si. It just seems to me like you were pissing on anything and everything that was not a spec v pinyoot4you 09-05-2002, 11:45 AM nah i'm not like that man, i'm not JUST a SPEC V enthusiast, i'm a CAR enthusiast, and i love to fix up cars that are worthy, the SI is worthy fixing up BtecBoy 10-01-2002, 01:41 PM Nissan SE-R Spec-Vs are pretty cool with intakes and exhausts but I have fun smoking them in my 98' GSR which is mildly modified. Its no question that a 1.8l will most likely lose to a 2.5l because of all the that damn torque. But you wont see me behind a Spec-V. So all you Spec-V fans, make your way onto a sight where you are welcomed. Thanks alot!:bandit: pinyoot4you 10-01-2002, 03:09 PM btec, you must be a good driver then, i give you much props. As for me, i've raced a couple of GSR's and won all of them but one. The one i lost to had i/h/e and a Mugen ECU. I lost to a bumper, but i was proud of that lost because i expected to be totally killed I ran against an LS/VTEC with intake and exhaust and lost by a side mirror, it was a good clean run, he had a bad launch, but i had too much wheel spin, so it was practically even. I want my damn AEBS headers already  elcarinoso69 10-03-2002, 10:33 PM ok..........from what i read....this guy is right....let things be....all three cars are fast in there own way....like honda's with there high rpm limit...but lack of torque.....and this spec-v....with a low rpm limit....but...has an abundance to torque to reinforce the low rpm....it's all about thr driver....and depending on the shit he or her has in there car.......what do u guys think!!!!:flipa: BtecBoy 10-07-2002, 05:42 PM :bandit: :smoker2: :bonghitte BtecBoy 10-07-2002, 05:49 PM :monkeypis DOMESTICS vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
