I have a Chrysler LeBaron, 1991 (convertible) that hade some damage to its right door. It must be replaced, but I’m SOOOO low on funds I cant pay 500.00 – 900.00 to get a body shop to get it fixed. If it is done it must be done by me. I have found a door that I can put on it but I don’t know much about doing body work. But it was on my list to learn because of the car that I’m going to get.

Anyway, I MUST get it fixed by 9/30/06 or my apartment will tow and impound my car and make me pay for it. (about 700.00):banghead:

If anyone knows how to or a how-to website PLEASE let me know! Also images and the right tools info will be sooooooo helpful if you will. I have hade this car for over 4 years now and I have spent a lot into it. (love, time and money) I’m still planning on restoring it but if I don’t get the door fixed I WILL lose it. I don’t know to much about cars but I’m learning.. about a month ago I put in a brand new alternator by reading a book. I’d love to fix it my self not only to save $ but I love cars and love learning about them.

If you can help in ANY way PLEASE let me know! I DON’T want this car to fall into ‘parts-4-sale’ shop.:crying:

um...you might have more luck posting in a different forum. This is the "Electric and Hybrid Vehicles" forum. Maybe try the bodywork forum?
