I can't get the back seats of my 2005 SF to pull up so I can lay down the backs. I don't want to pull too hard on the cloth tabs for fear of tearing them off. I've lifted these seats many times, but suddenly they seem firmly jammed ... on both sides! Any suggestions?

Take it to the dealer, it's under warranty. I'm betting it's the hinge that the seat back is on. We've replaced them a few times for the exact problem you have.
