I know there are alot of posts about this. I am giving the fix for my problem that I encountered. The car would shut off completely without warning. Sometimes, it would start by itself if I was driving down the road. Other times it would stop and not start. The dome light would be on and that is it. No power door locks, no radio and intermittent door ajar bell. I checked the ground coming off the negative battery to the engine block with a meter. 9.5 ohms. I looked at the positive post on the battery and found the red insulation that surrounds the terminal was making bad contact. I removed the terminals from the battery and scraped off the melted rubber and filed the terminals clean. When they were hooked up before I took them off I couldn't see any sign of a bad connection. After taking the termials apart is when I noticed the poor connection. Put everything back together and the car started up and has ran great every since. Hope this helps.
