Just look around and go a couple pages in here in the 240 forum and you will find plenty of answers. But here's some short answers for you. 1. Varies and depends on parts you get, brand names, but look to pay around 3k to get it up and running at the least and it can just go up from there depending on which SR you order and which parts you get. check out www.srswap.com and read their wonderful FAQ, it will help a lot. 2. It's not very hard if you have all the right tools, basic knowledge of cars, and a few friends to help you out. Once again, check out srswap.com for more info 3. I haven't personally done it but I've helped friends do the swap and we've gotten it done in a week and a half on and off working.
