Sometimes When I Press The Brake Pedal, The "low Traction" Light Will Come On And At The Same Time I Here A Noise In The Dashboard (behind The Instrument Cluster) Kind OF Like A Clicking Noise. The Brake Pedal Will Surge Forward About An Inch And Repeat Several Times. After That Happens, The "anti-brake" Light Comes On. I Just Had The Front Brakes Replaced W/new Rotors. Anyone Know What This Could Be? Thanks.

You may have a bad/loose/disconnected wheel speed sensor. This is causing the ABS computer to think that the wheel is locking, and it's kicking in the abs trying to stop the skid it is detecting.
