my 1993 altima has a skip in # 4 cyl . the spark plugs are new wires good compression is 150+. any idears:frown:

Intake Manifold gasket.. Take Carb Cleaner and spray it around cyl # 4 intake , If you idle changes then you need a gasket. Not really a home job though
