Need Some Help...

When I tried starting my car, nothing would happen. I instantly thought battery. i tried jumping and it got all the lights and everything working (even the battery status indicator was good) but car will not turn at all. Everytime I try, the only thing that happens is the background lights for the dash (spedometer, radio, A/C, etc...) blink continuously, and the 2 fromt blinkers blink along with it. I just bought it a couple of weeks ago and it worked just fine. I'm hoping this is not a serious problem. If anyone could let me know whats going on, it would be a great help. Thanks.
