I own a 1990 240sx with about 150,000 miles on it. I'm going to rebuild the engine this summer and what urious as to if there was a guide posted somewhere or if someone had any suggestions as to what parts to use. I would like to get the most out of it as possible and would love to this car back to or even better than it was when first purchased. Thanks for the help guys.

I would suggest you swap in a better motor, like the SR20DET or at least the KA24DE, instead of rebuilding the KA24E. It would probably take the same amount of time as a rebuild, and you would have a lot more power.

But if youre set on rebuilding the current motor, I couldnt help you.
