Hello!

I was wondering if someone here can tell me how you replace the axle bearing on the suzuki grand vitara v6 (2001).
It's the right front wheel that have a failed bearing.

Someone have pics of how the GV is assembled? I've heard some cars have "hubs" where the bearings are in so it's a very easy replacement. But some are pressed in just like on motorcycles. I've changed many motorcycle bearings in my days, but I tend to believe cars are way different.

Hope someone can shed light on the situation. thanks

You're right the bearings are ''hubs''. We had to replace both front sides bearing in my mom's 2002 vitara. I'm not a mechanic but I would think that all you have to do is remove the break calaper, then the rotor, and finally the beraing. You may need a puller or somehting if anything is press in too tight.
