Hi, friends!

Just bought a '94 Diablo replica. It has a 4 speed manual trans and Chevy V6 engine. I have one pressing issue to deal with and hope existing Diablo owners can help! 3 quick questions for you other Diablo owners:

1. What do YOU do to deal with the Diablo's low ground clearance? I just ordered a "LamboLift" hydraulic system that will lift the front end 3-4" when you're going to go up a driveway or over a speed bump.

2. For you other kit car owners, have you or have you heard of anyone putting the Chevy v8 350 engine in it? I've seen several with Porshe 5 speed trans and the Chevy v8 in them for sale on eBay, so I know it can be done. I'm just looking for input on upgrading the engine/transmission.

3. The seats in my car don't move forward. (not on sliding metal base) Do you have ideas for upgrading the driver seat so I can bring it forward a little?

Questions 1 and 3 are the most important. The engine upgrade can wait 'til next summer. Thanks in advance for any input you can offer; I really appreciate it! This is my first post to this community, and I look forward to getting to know you guys. Take care.
