My check engine light come on this week; after a scan the DTC reported a P1613 error. I searched the web for this error and found this:

MIL Call-up Circ Open/Short to B+

Does anyone know what componet this refers to? Has anyone seen this error with their Jetta? Thanks in advance for any help, or insight you can give.

MIL = malfunction indicatory light
The circuit between the computer and the light has an open or short to B+ (battery postive terminal).
