OMG! That is good! Did you create all of that from scratch?

That's a very sexy car man. The only thing I see wrong is some of the smoothing is a little choppy (like the topside of the front fenders in the 2nd picture)...

Damn that's good.

I've never heard of Rhino before, is it at all similar to 3d studio? And also, how much does it cost?

www.Rhino3d.com

its more like AutoCAD than 3dstudio MAX.

(about the edges) yeah the Nurbs were not adjusted to higher poly count yet in 3dsmax. will fix later,, just testing texture for now.

student version goes for around 150 bucks and the normal program goes for around 600 bucks, not bad compaired to others.

thanks for the input and liking.

I've use AutoCAD for drawing buildings/mechnical parts/model cars, and then transfer to 3dmax for additional work(texturing), but i have yet to try drawing stuff like that.. very nice work..

I'll also try Rhino3d later.. is it like AutoCAD in which u can type in commands?(This is waht i find really speeds up operation by folds when u're drawing complex stuff)

yup just like autocad's command line. also snaps to endpoints and the rest of the autocad basics, ortho grid etc

it took me about 8-12 hours to make on a weekend.

thanks guys, I've won 2 competitions with it so far,, just little internet ones. I also made another car-design for Motor Trend MAgazine competition, will see how that goes in a month or so.

I updated my website, about 6 newer cars.
