The name of the car was officially changed to Ferrari 'Enzo' (after Enzo Ferrari of course). Nothing official from Tamiya yet, but common sense would tell you yes. They made a kit of almost every new Ferrari over the last ten years (give or take one or two). :bandit:

Minus 348, 355, 456 550.

The Enzo represents quite a special car in Ferrari's line up so there is a good chance Tamiya may create a 1/24 version, afterall they did make the the F40 and F50, the later being made in two scales by them.

We can all only wait and hope... hope it has opening doors when it arrives too!:D

So I think Tamiya is not realeasing any Ferraris...

I believe that issue was resolved a long time ago. I think Mattel scooped up all the rights for Ferrari models and toys which caused quite an uproar. Thankfully Tamiya are still able to produce Ferrari models and showed recently why they should continue to do so by releasing the F1 and as Jay mentioned, the 360 models.

a ferrari 250 would be sweet too. hopefully tamiya starts getting back to some of the stuff they were producing in the 90's as well.

It's reported that the next x day is Sep. 6th. Let's wait and see what they would
announce.

It was Ferrari who offered Tamiya to release the F2001, totally reversed situation
from F2000, and the fact that F40 and F50 are good sellers, I say Enzo kit will hit
the store by the end of this year. And if they release another 2600 yen kit, I want
both engine hatch and doors to be separate.
