A new exhaust system $565.95 for a tri-flo exhaust from bavauto.com
cold air intake system $329-$429
well for what i figure that would be good for you u can also get a performance chip in it and all three of those things are pretty simple to install the exhaust is a little more difficult but if u could get it on a lift it would be a snap but if not u can do it in your driveway but just make sure the entire exhaust system is cool before attempting it.

There are obviously tons more things u could do but they require quite a bit of knowledge of cars like a supercharger system not to mention a new idea of expensive, or performance cams, ignition coils, stuff like that. but only if u knew a mechanic or had a very good friend that new alot about that.

Dont waste your money on a prefabed exhaust system. Unless you get the RE DMS or the UUC TSEC, all the prefab systems are pretty much the same, and overpriced. You can find a custom place to do a nifty little custom up job for ya (2.25" piping, higflow muffler), or most of the time you can buy a muffler from Autozone or O'Reillys or something (get something decent like Magnaflow or Borla), and get some guy at a muffler shop to weld it up with some piping for even cheaper.

Regarding intakes, just read what I posted in your other thread. If you wanna go REAL cheap, and don't wanna spend much at all, just get a K&N dropin, cut the bottom half of your intake box (after the part that holds it in place) off, and put the K&N in there. DIY Intake!

If you wanna go really cheap, and not spend to much at all, just do the intake box trick, and get a 3" electric cutout. Shouldn't cost ya more than $500 after installation. If you do get a custom exhaust system, don't go bigger than 2.25" piping unless you plan to supercharge or turbo your car in the near future. Unless you boost your car, you won't be flowing enough air through the exhaust, and while the bigger pipe will add horsepower, you will loose torque downlow.
