Pls help setting LP-AP-HP Crossover setting on RF P6002 2 ch amp

Hey I have Rockford Fosgate Punch P6002
» 2-channel car amplifier
» 150 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms (300 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms)
» 600 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)
» variable high-pass/low-pass crossover (40-400 Hz, 12 dB/octave)
and have one sub hooked up (bridged)
THe amp has crossover switch for LP, AP, HP. Could someone please let me know what this switch does and what should I set it to?

LP .... stands for low pass, means it passes all the frequencies lower than the number you set.
The HP is high pass for ...... it's for using the amp to power you midrange/tweeters.
AP I assume stands for all pass .... means the crossover is not being used
To use the amp for a sub amp, either use the LP setting if you have no other crossover or sub out on the deck or whatever. Use the AP if you already have a sub output going to it.
