92' Sonoma Bogs down after hot start

Bought my 92' sonoma w/ 64,000m, since i have driven 100,000 and every time I crank it up after it has warmed up, it wants to bog down too the point I have to rev the engine till I get going again? I can't be the only one who has had this problem
