1996 ford mustang gt cont. 4.6L

problem is at random time car wont start as quick as usual. most time once i start car it starts running within 2 seconds, sometimes it keeps turning over for up to 15-20 seconds then starts and run fine.

any suggestions

i have not had car long so unsure of work done.
