hi im new to this forum. ive heard of many swaps into a neon for diffrent neon and dodge cars but what im wondering is if i coud swap a mitusbishi evo engine into a neon or mabe some other mitsubishi engine like the mirage/lancer engines. i do know that it would cost a lot of money and time but since my neon's engine is going out i figured why not put a mitsubishi engine in it, because i love the lancer/evo engine.

The Intake and Exhaust ports are on the opposite side of the engine.
Adapting a Mitsu engine is very difficult and pointless.
If you want a high powered setup, you can easily put a SRT-4 or PT Cruiser GT Turbo setup into the Neon.
That will give you a 2.4l turbo setup and 240hp to start with 5-speed or Auto (PT Cruiser setup).
