Hi there,

Can anyone help me? I have a 2000 RAV4. A few days ago I noticed that the ECT light and (low windshield wiper-fluid warning light) won't come on at ignition. I could find nothing in the manual with regards to the ECT light and am wondering if anyone can advise.

I checked the fuses and they seem to be OK. Thank you in advance for your help.
