Air conditioning problemseerinwv 08-23-2006, 01:52 PM 2001 Quad Cab 2wd, 3.9L V6 I might be alone in this but I figured I would ask. It seems like i have a blockage in my vents. Best guess would be real close to the blower motor behind the glove box. Everything works it just produces a weak flow of air and sounds as if air is being pushed out behind the dash although I can't feel any leaks. has anyone had this problem? I wanted to check before I starting tearing things apart. MT-2500 08-23-2006, 02:07 PM 2001 Quad Cab 2wd, 3.9L V6 I might be alone in this but I figured I would ask. Was it doing it at the time they recharged it? Did it work good after recharge? Why did it need a recharge? Is it still full of freon? Have you got any lights blinking on dash or check engine lights? Yours may be different. http://members.troublecodes.net/crunch/98dodge%20calb.pdf Check your owners manual or service manual. How about the other questions I asked to? MT mikec041 08-27-2006, 07:31 AM I just had my 04 Dakota in dealer b/c the A/C wasn't functioning correctly it would only get coldish (around 60 degrees) when at the lowest setting and would pretty much start getting warm as soon as the temp knob was turned even one stop. They said it had to be "re-calibrated". Seems to be working OK now but i figured if it happens again I'll do it myself if possible. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
