GT muffler on 99 GA SE 3.4?

will the stock muffler setup from a GA GT fit on my 99 SE and if so is it worth the switch? just looking for a little more.....any suggestions on mufflers would be appreciated. thanks

Flowmaster 80 series #42583 runs arouns 150$.
It has one in , and dual outs like the GT muffler.

The stock GT muffler from GMparts direct, is about $400 !!

But the Stock GT will fit your SE.

i actually just did this to my 99 se. i had a scrapped gt, took the muffler off and put it on my se..the only difference is the size of the exhaust pipe....i dont remember what the exact measurement was, but they were different....the gt was bigger than the se. hope that helps:)

Probably only a difference from 2" to 2 1/4"

I believe the GT exhaust pipe is 1/4" bigger than the SE.
