Damn, I like the head lights on the black one, even though you said they weren't for the final production. Makes the front end look mean as hell. Don't care much for the convertibles, and the RS looked a little to 'rice' for my liking. But the black one looks sweet. Don't care much for the red/amber taillights though. I think they should stick with all red.

the one from the movie definitely has a different shaped front with smoother lines..they should merge the headlights from the mules with the body design of bumblebee....

why is the gas tank on the passenger side? Damn it.

i'm pretty sure the gas tank is underneath. that's just the filler neck. you notice how it shows it there on the black on, but it's not there on the yellow one.

first thing when I get one is that restrictive exhaust is coming off and some hiflow shit going on.

that doesnt work...it just evens out because everyone gets the gas the day before or day after and it ends up being the same anyway

It might work because not everyone fills their tanks on the same day. So, people who fill their tanks up 2 days before the 'off' day, will do so anyways. Technically, the only people who would fill up would be those who would need to fill up on that day or the day after. But, by people not driving on that day, will decrease the demand for gas marginally for that week and increase the marginal supply for gas that week.
For example, say the average commuter consumes 3 gallons of gas a day. For that one day that no one drives anywhere, that is a increase in the projected supply of gas for that day per person, and likewise with the demand for that same 3 gallons of gas per person. So, assuming there are 200 million drivers in the US, that is 600 million gallons of gas forgone for that one day.

In Oregon we don't fill up our own tank. We have service bi*&h's to do it for us.

I got my own place in the Niles/Warren area... It is so nice. I'm in a great area in a brand new apartment and I have so much space to myself... Now all I need to do is get my internet and I'll be perfectly happy with it. Of course I'm waiting out the first month to make sure all my finances are in place to where I think they should be, then I'm getting internet...

I can't believe this place has been so dead in the last week since I have been on. Maybe you guys should start a serious discussion rather than chopping photos? :dunno:

Nopi is coming the local track this weekend. Not a huge fan of tuners, but its something to do I guess. Should be interesting. They are going to have the track open for drags and the rear parking lot open for drifting. And of course, their infamous Nopi swimsuit show. Except I think its suppose to rain all weekend.

On a very interesting note, I was woken up by an earthquake this morning. At about 4:40am, I woke up to my room shaking and shit rattling. At first, I thought it was some radical wind or something, but it just kept going. I went to the bathroom and then watched the news because I had to be up for work anyways. But they said the center of it was in Illinios on the Illinios/Indiana border hitting a 5.4 on the Richter. It was an interesting way to wake up, that's for sure.

I heard about that this afternoon. Had a few here over the past 30 years, but nothing major. It's kinda neat to watch a hole appear in 3 plus feet of ice after one.

Luckily where I was, it wasn't the center of it. I am practically a whole state away and felt it. Now that's messed up to think about. But I hope its not a sign of things to come. I have lived here my whole life, almost 21 years and never experienced an earthquake. But living on the New Madrid fault might do that I guess.
