Had a bad day today. Lower right rear ball joint separated on the highway today, destroying the rim, Tire etc...
Here is where I need help. Does anybody here have a link of a picture of the lower control arm (right rear) without the ball joint? I need to find out if what is left belongs to the control arm or the ball joint itself.!!! In other words I have to press out the bottom piece of the ball joint, out of the control arm. I'm just not sure if the piece that is sticking out is the control arm or ball joint....

Need help as soon as possible, thanks everyone!

Sorry no one had “a picture of a lower control arm without the ball joint in place”. Maybe if you had asked for some guidance on how to remove the remains of a broken ball joint, you would have gotten a quicker response.:grinyes:
