Per "Mother Toyota" and owner's manual - my 2005 Collola needs to have it's "Drive Shaft Bolt" tightened every 15K. However the 3 local Toyota dealers refuse to ackowledge it's existance and do NOT include the procedure in their "service plans". Bobby Licus is no help.. Any info would be appreciated.

Did you show the service department manager the reference in the owner's manual?
