Lights behind switches in steering wheel radio tuner out

I have a '99 Blazer with the radio controls in the steering wheel. All but one of the lights has gone. Is it easy to replace them and if so, how? Does the air bag need to be removed?

The light behind the headlight switch is also out. How easy is that to replace?
