96 corsica abs light on

Have had car about 6 weeks. Its a 4cyl 140000 miles. Son was driving home from school and had to slam on brakes cause a car in front of him stopped to quick or some bs. He says as soon as that happened radio shut off and the abs light came on. When he got home auto door locks didnt work and lights dont work. Replaced front brakes 2 weeks ago and everything was fine now car is suffering from strange problem. At least he didnt hit anything. If any ideas on what may be a starting point to look would appreciate it. Thanks:banghead:

Fixed car. Was fusible link off of starter melted wire. Replaced and fuse kept blowing out. Checked wiring harness was about ready to give up and saw sparks from under air filter box. Right under it harness had rubbed on frame cut into some wires.Frame is not made right has a sharp spot or ridge so bet this happens on other corsicas. All this was after 2 days under dash and hood looking in wrong place. After wires fixed abs light, door locks and headlights all work.
