Leaking oil...on a 95 2.0

Okay. Lately my car has had really bad take offs and it seemed like it was slipping at higher rpms. Well, today it over heated and I checked the radiator fan and hoses. Fan and hoses good and plenty of fluid. I noticed though oil on my transmission. So I checked the oil found that it was low so I added oil to it. But I still need to know where I am leaking oil from. It looks like from the top of the block and the bottom of the head. Is there a gasket or anything that goes there that I could replace? Anyone else ever have this problem?
