Paul, ngsm13, manny: How about this?

Ok, ngsm13 pretty much showed me the subs that I WANT for sure. And manny gave that low-hz website which is great, and since Paul mentioned that Incriminator 20.1...

I could sell my SX1250.1 for around 500 bucks, plus I'll sell it with the SXRC thing and it was brand new when i got it, used for 5 minutes until it blew up my last rockford. So the extra 250 bucks is easy to make.

But I'm thinking that IA20.1 hooked up to two 12" Q series.

That 20.1 looks better than the SX1250.1, but I can easily get another 1250. What would you guys reccommend, buy another SX1250, or sell the one I got and get a 20.1 off that website.

Get the 20.1, such a solid amplifier its rediculous. Also, when your ready to make a purchase, shoot me a PM I'll try to save you a few bucks.

Get two dual2ohm Q 12's, and run the 20.1 @.5ohms on them.

That's what I recommend.

Thanks a lot man, I already owe you guys a ton for the help, I'm thinking it might be awhile longer now but yeah. I like the idea of the 20.1 on two Q's.

I read somewhere that a guy was getting 2500 wrms at like, 12.8 volts with it wired up to half an ohm. Can those Q's handle that? And what will that do for sound quality. That's a sweet idea because that would be ridiculously loud in a regular cab pickup.

Just watch your gains.

I think I'll just stick to running it at 1 ohm. That way I know it won't burn them voice coils up. Because I'll be getting a 180 amp alternator for my truck within time and I'm sure that amp will see over 13 volts at least.
