my 95 buick park avenue battery is dead. how can i open the hood?:screwy:

There is a hood release lever under the dash on the driver's side, near the inner fender. Once you pull it and hear the hood unlatch reach directly under the grille and push upward on another lever, and lift the hood up. The procedure is illustrated in the owner's manual.
