I just wanted to know how difficult from 1-10it is to install lowering springs on a 99 alero. Should I go eibachs or is there a better brand? Also any special tools besides a spring compressor?
Also anyone have good luck with any specific place to get your PCM reprogrammed? Links etc and what kind of gains can I expect? Thanks alot

Putting on the Eibach springs is the same as doing a regular strut job except you swap out the spring. A spring compressor is required. It is a DIY job. Afterwards alignment must be checked and you may need a camber kit.
For a DHP PCM checkout PFYC below:

I dont think there is anything out there for the Alero that is worth it in terms of coilovers, all ive seen is Ebay junk.
