2001 LeSabre Bought from CarmaxPhillipE 08-09-2006, 10:33 AM Hello all, when I got the car, the Carmax sticker stated that it had traction control. I looked at the users manual a couple of days ago and saw what the lever looks like that operates it. Guess what? My car doesn't really have traction control. Since Carmax presumably uses included options as one means of determining sales price, is there any chance I could get them to give me a fair dollar amount for the non-existent traction control? Any legal options for false advertising? Thanks, Phil G-man422 08-09-2006, 10:38 AM I think you could. As long as you have proof that they said it had traction controll. maxwedge 08-09-2006, 01:35 PM Hello all, when I got the car, the Carmax sticker stated that it had traction control. Thanks, Phil There is no " lever", the on off button is on the end of the shift lever, look first, maybe you missed it. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
