could use some advise, 2001 gmc jimmy

i finally got the money to buy a B&M truck mega shifter and remove the oem pos and the plastic fantastic console in my jimmy. has anybody out there done this?? the instructions come from summit/b&m, and seem way too simple, as my experience has been the simpler the instructions, the harder the job.

As long as you have the right cable it's a pretty straight forward install. The grommet for the cable is under the drivers side floorboard carpet... See my column shift to center shift conversion how-to in the sticky at the top of the forum.
