call me crazy but iam about to change my a/c condensor, accumlator and compressor on my own. I have a 2000 intrigue w/99k iam not afraid to do it but all the threads ive read about coolant bleeders and the such, is making me think twice mmmmmm. this car has served me well the mrs. and I really like it. also on the planning board is a tune up and new struts tires and part of the exhaust thats leaking, I think its the resonator,oh yeah and that blower motor is ready to be changed too. we've had the water on the floor pasenger side 2 inches didnt know it till we stopped the car one nite to get gas couldnt believe my eyes it had been raining hard I thought it was from the highway but it was coming out the a/c vents as well, iam thinking it was that useless rubber tube for the drain. what a joke that is it feels like its gotten hot at one time my fingers get black residue on them when I try to keep to keep it open to let the water drain out. lots of good answers on this forum keep it up, any hints or kinks would be helpful.
