Well here you guys/girls go... I'm hitten the sheets...

First step was to get rid of the old nasty rusted 2200 header and everything that was in the way...

http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/623/dscf0675zw6.jpg

This is what my old stock exhaust setup use to look like. I spent the whole deal getting ridiculed since i had a door hinge pushing my old fart cannon muffler down so it wouldn't hit my body kit.... Atleast it was a STANLEY! :P

http://img93.imageshack.us/img93/5936/dscf0676ht5.jpg

http://img104.imageshack.us/img104/3127/dscf0677qs9.jpg

... and i would like to dedicate this next portion to PACESETTER's Quality control, which who ever passed my armor coated header can suck my knob for this one...

http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/6334/dscf0682ni8.jpg

http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/9224/dscf0685rm3.jpg

The threads were all messed up. Thanks... :(

Atleast the header went in with no problems.

http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/6477/dscf0688nt7.jpg

Uh oh... something is missing... ;) We ran into a problem with my rear O2 sensor, the damn thing was rusted in place where myself, ryan or chris could get the damn thing to come out. So an expected trip to NAPA was in store..

http://img395.imageshack.us/img395/2503/dscf0689hq7.jpg

Atleast this fits..

http://img112.imageshack.us/img112/2500/dscf0690cz7.jpg

Ryan the shop owner in the back ground welded up my Hi-flo cat.

http://img112.imageshack.us/img112/6379/dscf0691fu2.jpg

http://img58.imageshack.us/img58/6015/dscf0692me6.jpg

http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/6184/dscf0693qn2.jpg

Fabbing up the rear portion of the exhaust from the cat-back...

http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/2513/dscf0694eu3.jpg

Then ontop of my total exhaust install today another customer and his civic was getting his turbo install finished up. This is # 2 for RDFABS. But me and chris found something they had hidden in their secreate tool box. APC edition civic.. yo!!

http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/8391/dscf0695zn4.jpg

http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/7753/dscf0696qf3.jpg

http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/5605/dscf0699ks3.jpg

http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/2232/dscf0700li7.jpg

Ryan doing more welding on my exhaust..

http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/816/dscf0697vz1.jpg

... and here is where things became interesting and the experince ryan has as a welder came into play..

http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/870/dscf0698uq3.jpg

http://img131.imageshack.us/img131/444/dscf0702gf2.jpg

While ryan was still working on fabbing up the horns for the dual portion, I spent some time and took care of the carbon from the welds. BLING BLING... man i love stainless steel!! :D

http://img157.imageshack.us/img157/3223/dscf0704bf2.jpg

Ryans welds are top notch, he had this thing together in no time at all and i still have a dropped jaw lookin at them in this pic.

http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/3613/dscf0705lm5.jpg

http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/7995/dscf0707rm4.jpg

http://img45.imageshack.us/img45/367/dscf0708mr6.jpg

Mmmmm.... This is the term.. header back install....

http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/1996/dscf0709it7.jpg

http://img45.imageshack.us/img45/1040/dscf0710fg3.jpg

http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/9558/dscf0711rf2.jpg

http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/866/dscf0713en6.jpg

http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/2936/dscf0714tj8.jpg

http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/9997/dscf0715ds8.jpg

... everything in the engine bay all button'd back up. Valve cover will be going out next week to be chromed with a few other things to really set off the engine bay. Then sadly the car has to go away back into storage.. :(

http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/531/dscf0716ez2.jpg

But on the way home... Lemme tell you my butt dyno was very impressed from when i drove it out there in the morning. I didn't feel a decrease in bottom end according to my butt dyno, but my top end litterly screams now. Anything 3K+ just pulls like a bad outta hell. In the end, if anyone is willing to make a drive to Port Byron, NY and is wanting an exhaust install RDFABS is hands down top knotch. I knew trying to go duals on my car was going to be a pain, but when all said and done this just made my jaw drop. You can contact Chris L ( AgentOmega) thru his business e-mail addy, chris@rdfabs.com and he will get in touch with you in no time. I still cannot express my feelings on how well this turned out.

Great Buisness..... A+++++++++++

looks friggin sweet man. those welds were awesome. next you need a sound clip to go along with it. on a side note how did you get the filter to stay on, on top of the valve cover. and is it bad to just leave it open

there is a clamp on it, and no there is nothing wrong with leaving it that way. If you have ever taken your stock intake off and notice your TB buttlerfly black. Its from carbon build up, i'd rather pay 2-3 bucks for these filters than to keep having to clean my TB.

As for a sound clip.... lets just say, i am not to happy with how it sounds at the moment. Anywhere between 1,000-4,000rpms she sounds like a mean bitch, but anything higher than that.... The 70 bucks for the 18" reasonator would have been smart thinking. When i get on the pedal, it sounds harsh. But she pulls like a mother trucker!

I have the Nology hotwires and 2 MSD blaster coil pacs. I am still trying to figure out why occasionally my car missfires when in high rpms. My car was doing the same shit last fall before i stored it, but i repalced plugs and wires then and it went away. Now its doing it all over again. My only guess is the 11-12mos old gas/fuel stablizer mix i am still trying to burn off. I have it finally under 1/4 tank. I am going to run 93 and some injector cleaner.

as for a sound clip, i'll go start it up for you right now and give a little teaser.

People on 56K connection would have trouble loading all the pics with their connection speed.

alright I just got the vid to work and it sounds pretty good. starts making that ''crackling'' sound at the high rpms. it does have a nice low rumble to it though. very nice.

When its all warmed up, there is minimal crackel. It confuses the hell outta me, but hey w.e.

CavLCD128

mines the same way...does your get deeper after its warmed up 2? mine gets a little lower grumble in it, and its a tad louder at idle 2....:screwy:

When it first starts up cold, it rumbles and is loud and raspy as fuck... give it 5 mins of driving time. She sounds like a hot chick during an orgasim good.
