Is it possible to post an image in a thread without having it "hosted" on another site??? For my signature I was given the option to browse my computer for an image. However when I try to Insert Image by clicking the icon, I am prompted to "enter the URL of my image" I don't have a URL. Is there any way around this??? If I must have my pic hosted on another site, what are some good pic hosting sites???

I can't tell you any other ways around it but putfile is a pretty good hosting sight.(it free) anyway good luck

You can't attach images on AF, but you can use the AF Gallery (http://files.automotiveforums.com/) (you get it once you register to AF, you just need to type in your log-in details where necessary:)).

If the images you want to upload are bigger than 80kb, you can upload using an image uploading website such as Imageshack.

There is an excellent thread (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=294063)in the Photography section dealing with pic hosting sites. That should help.
