That's pretty damn good if you ask me, the only thing I can think of is add a dark background to bring out the small details in the bird.

I like it! Don't be afraid to darken your dark areas a bit more. What kind of paper are you using?

ammm u dont know.... u just buy a skeatch book that has 80 sheets, its pretty smooth......
