Fuel Mileage Survey on Villager

My question is what kind of fuel mileage can I expect on the Villager. What does eveyone else get? Mine is a 99 I have owned for about 6 months. Seems like on a really good tank I might get 22 on a bad one maybe 20. Is there a good way to get more? The car has 112K and I don't believe the plugs have ever been changed. Has K&N air filter run 35 psi in tires.

Thanks

just had the timing belt, timing belt tensioner, all accessory belts and water pump replaced. Last tank of gas I got 19.4 mpg.

I am getting about 24-25 loaded, running the AC on the highway with my '98 villager with 106,000miles; in town I am not sure, I live in a small town with only one stop light. I noticed better gas milage when I use Slick 50 or substitute. I installed a Turbonator that helps mix the air and fuel mixture. I see a better improvement than the 20-21 I was getting.
