I am having a similar problem to the 7-14-06 post, with the ac working intermittently but also blowing white gas (freon?) out the vents when not working. The Ac clutch/compressor also appears to be kicking on and off alot during very hot days while this malfunction is occurring. Any ideas?

try and look up under the dash at the AC Evap core. does it appear to be leaking?
