I have a 1997 Avalon and I would like to replace my speakers but I can't figure out how to get the covers off. I asked my mechanic and he tried to pry them off but it didn't work. I would really like to do this myself but I have never done this before and don't know where to begin. I also need to know if there is anything tricky I need to know about replacing speakers. Thanks! To replace the speakers you have to take off the door panels. It's not as bad as it sounds!
