When I turn on ac or heater the blower does'nt work. I assume it's the motor. I need the blower motor location and how to remove it.

Try replacing the relay behind the glove box. My 01 XJ had this issue 'bout 7 months ago. I move the horn relay to it and made sure it worked before I bought a new one for 10 bucks.
